Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Worship is a clear priority for Christians, and our church’s Music Ministry is a big part of our worship services. We believe in Christ-centered worship, based on the truth of the Bible, designed to lead all of our members and guests toward an authentic, personal encounter with God in worship.

Our worship music is a blend of the great old hymns of our faith and the best of today’s Christian songs. We strive for a balanced celebration of joy and reverent reflection in our services. We follow the Biblical directive to praise the Lord with musical instruments, including piano, organ, keyboard,

handbells, guitars, wind instruments, and many other formats.

Our Adult Choir is our main musical leadership group, and sings regularly in our morning service. This group rehearses on Sunday nights at 6:00. Our Handbell Choir has come about in the last year, and plays in worship about one time per month. There are opportunities for soloists, children, and youth to also participate and share in musical praise.

More and more, we are looking for outreach and mission opportunities where we can witness to the world through music by taking our music groups outside the walls of our church into other areas of our community.

Our Music Ministry is committed to leading in worship and encouraging the members of our church and community to follow Jesus Christ, live for Him, and tell others about His great love for all people.

Jesus came singing love...

He lived singing love...

And even died singing love…

But He rose in silence, that we might take up the song,

If the song is to continue, we must do the singing.
